I can't say enough good things about my experience with Atlanta Benz Club. Todd was extremely clear with me about what my Mercedes needed and, knowing I am on a budget, recommended the way to prioritize the work starting with safety issues, maintenance, and then cosmetic issues. Not only did his prices beat what the dealership quoted me by over $2000, he provided several of the services without charge (airbag check) or only for parts (replacing a small clip on my wind screen) and provided me a 2 day rental at no charge while the work was being done. He called me regularly with updates, explained my options, and did not condescend to me when I asked questions about the work. This type of service is unheard of in this day and age. I value honest, high quality work and always attempt to support neighborhood and local vendors. I will now bring my car to Todd for all my car services because of his skill and integrity. You can tell he takes pride in how work and in his customer's satisfaction.
I was referred to Todd, by word of mouth and I have found him to be exceptionally knowledgeable on the MB brand, and outstanding in his work. Todd took the time to explain to me and SHOW me the issues with my car as well as the recommended repairs, and priority. He is exceptionally competitive in his pricing (actually charging me for parts at HIS cost), as well as his labor charge. I mentioned to Todd that I had an issue with my park brake which was not engaging. Todd on a separate visit shortly thereafter for an oilchange, repaired the park brake fault and DID NOT charge me at all because he considered it a minor repair on which he did not spend much time. This was indicative to me of Todd's honesty and fairness (others may have used this as an opportunity to up-charge for a minor repair). I have been exceptionally happy with Todd's service (in comparison with 3 other service places), he is a man of his word, fair, and looking to build his business on sound customer centered practices. I highly recommend Todd for any work on MB and wish him continued success in his business!

I have been looking all over metro Atlanta for a dependable Mercedes shop. I finally found one! Atlanta Benz Club. They offer excellent repair at a reasonable price and are very reliable. I dealt directly with Todd, the owner/technician, that kept me up to date on the process of my repair. Out of all the places I have used, I would definitely advise others to try Atlanta Benz Club: you will not be disapointed.
There are so many wonderful things to say about Todd. 1. He is a honest person, who does not try to overcharge you, or be dishonest about his services. 2. He is very reliable. I have Todd's cell phone number, anytime anything happens to my car I text him and he replies quickly. 3. He is kind. He takes the time to really explain what is going on with your car and why certain issues need to be fixed. I know next to nothing about cars, and the way Todd breaks the information down to me is very understandable. It is hard to find someone who takes the extra time to make you understand what your paying for. 4. Lastly, he is reasonable with his pricing. I have taken my Mercedes CLK many places, that want to charge astronomical prices and don't have any customer service.
